# Jenny Craig Diets Better than Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers @ 09 February 2011

If you were to participate on a diet program, you want a program that will not make drastic changes to your lifestyle or eating habit, wouldn’t you? If you tell us that you do not, you are not being true to yourself. It is human nature that humans wanted to change their lives 360 degrees but expecting to make minimal to no changes at all with their current lifestyle. However, as the saying goes “if you want to have something you never had before, you have do things you never did before”. This saying appears to be true. Most of the time we tend to settle for something less because we do not want to embrace change, but if embracing change will be the key to our success, why not?

With Jenny Craig, they do not expect you to pack your bags and move to a different continent is an instant. They will only ask you to move to the next room. They do it minimally and gradually. So minimal that it will not even make an individual feel that he or she is changing something in his or herself to make way to a better version of him or her.

With this weight loss program, they will not make you stop eating all the foods that you always love, they will still let you have them, but they want you to control it. They want you to eat with moderation. You want chocolates? You can have them. You want steak? You can have them. You want carbs? You still can have them, but you have to make little sacrifices. It means that if before you would finish off three chocolate bars in one seating, now you can just have a bite or two. If before you would eat steak at anytime of the day, with the program you might have to give it up, but they will give you a substitute for it, something as delicious or even better. These may be little sacrifices, but this will pave the road to your success in the program.

In addition, you do not worry about eating controlled portions because in the program they will let you eat more than three times a day to satisfy your cravings. That means you will be eating less on each meal, but you can eat frequently, but not so frequent that you average at least twenty tiny meals a day. It is not much of a sacrifice.

If you are one of those weight watchers out there who starve themselves because they cannot afford to eat carbs. It may be the right time for you to switch programs and be with the program that makes it their responsibility to know the needs of their participants.
